Kartaca's teamwork philosophy seeks all team members' support and commitment. Performance management goals are better teamwork, high individual motivation and full compensation for our employees.

All employees have certain goals to be challenged, both individually and as a team member, in a specific time frame. A fixed goal for department heads is to ensure department members' relative success reaching their own goals.

Team goals are determined by mutual understanding of the team members in charge and the Business Development and Strategy Department. The priorities of the next 5-month-period are vital making those decisions.

Individual goals are determined by in-person interviews with department members. The priority would be more exciting work being assigned as individual goals.

Whether goals are attained is considered together with the supervisor, the employee and the manager. After 5-month periods, salary raises are made according to the proportion of goals attained. Premium payments are also subject to goal achievement.
