System Support

All Kartaca products and services are supported 24/7 via e-mail, phone and on-site support. Different types of service agreements are available upon our clients' requests based on the requirements of a particular application. Kartaca Support Team consists of experienced customer relationship managers, system/product managers and application developers. Kartaca's system support services can be grouped under two main categories:

  • Customer Services: Customer Relationship Managers support our customers regarding any request about our products. They are always in contact with our customers to provide improvements to in-use products and to help higher usability.
  • Technical Support: Technical support is provided by the Product and Service Management team. To seal the assiduity of products, they regularly monitor servers, backup data and resolve any problems in a timely manner.

Operation

Kartaca, offering operation services for its all solutions, undertakes all operational costs and works with experienced staff regarding mobile- and Internet-based applications.
